Contact 101 was founded by Rick Dural. Mr. Dural has over 35 years experience running sales organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 300 companies. His experience spans all aspects of hardware, software and systems sales & business development. Mr Dural has held Senior Sales & Business Development VP positions in companies such as Retix, Emulex, Parallel Computers, Answersoft (Acquired by Davox Corp.) & NetBoost Corp. (Acquired by Intel). Considered an industry expert on "go-to-market" strategies and distribution, Mr. Dural has been a General Manager for a Fortune 300 Company: Perkin-Elmer, and has spearheaded raw start-ups to success. In addition, Mr Dural has experience in strategic investing, holding the position of Director of Strategic Investments at Intel Capital.

Angi Fisher
COO

As COO of Contact 101, a quality monitoring service company, Angi Fisher is responsible for the company's day-to day-operations. In addition, she oversees the technical operations, marketing initiatives, new product offerings and sales efforts.

With close to 20 years in the technology industry, Fisher has extensive technical experience and a strong background in CRM software and financial services. Fisher has built a successful career in sales and sales engineering management by holding senior positions at such high tech companies as iSpheres Corporation, eGain Communications Corporation, Electronic Form Systems, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds, and Delano Technology Corporation where she built the pre-sales organization and restructured the sales process to realize sales increases of 30 percent quarter over quarter. Fisher began her career at Bank of America serving as the liaison between business users and application programmers.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree and Master's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas .
