Surveys

Often times when companies conduct surveys, the feedback in which a company is trying to measure is not reflected in the survey questions. Coming up with the appropriate survey questions is a science. You want to be able to ask the right questions, at the right time, to the right audience to gather the best possible feedback , for the survey's you are trying to conduct, whether it be customer loyalty, customer satisfaction surveys or getting feedback on where a prospect is in the buying cycle. The questions, you ask must be crisp, clear and able to gather the best possible feedback, based on a small number of questions.

Customer Feedback from Danielle Striker, VP of Sales at BMD Solutions

Customer Feedback from Danielle Striker, VP of Sales at BMD Solutions

“We have been able to get valuable feedback from our prospects using Contact 101 Quality Monitor services. The prospect feels freer to tell a third party about their interaction with BMD Solutions, and feels empowered to tell the truth. It’s provided our sales team with non-subjective feedback from our prospects. The real value for us is we get information from the prospect so we know exactly where they are in the buying process. Another value add is we get feedback to understand if are we doing the right things at the right time in our sales process. I'm pleased with the results we are getting by leveraging Contact 101 services”
